                              US C++ TAG Meeting

1     Opening Activities

      Clamage convened the meeting at 09:35 on Thursday, 14 November 1996.
      Saks was the secretary.

2     Approve US Delegation to WG21

      Clamage said US delegation is currently Plum as the IR (International
      Representative), Koenig, Clamage, and Saks.  Plum is no longer the IR,
      and Saks is no longer secretary, so they should not be in the delega-
      tion.  Nelson is now the IR, so he's got to be on the delegation.

      Clamage said there's an ISO rule that guests are not allowed.
      Therefore, he suggested adding Benito (because he's WG14 convener) and
      Stroustrup (as a courtesy) to the US delegation.

      Motion by Dawes/Lajoie:

          Move we affirm that Nelson, Clamage, Koenig, Benito and Stroustrup
          are the US delegates to WG21.

      19 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain.
