Resolution 44a - Cultural and Linguistic Adaptability and User Interfaces JTC 1 accepts document N 5629, the report of the CLAUI Technical Direction Ad Hoc meeting, and the recommendations contained therein, except as noted in Resolution 44b and with the following modification to recommendation 13:
"If there are any known requirements for cultural and linguistic adaptability, please specify these requirements on a separate page."

Recommendation 11. Mode of operation of the TD
The CLAUI TD recommends "C+" as the mode of operation for the TD, with the "+"  denoting an expanded role as a lead organization for the JTC 1 cultural and linguistic  adaptability and user interface considerations and external links related to them.
